Schedule : Full Time (Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00am) Job Responsible: 1. Real Estate market research and of real estate market 2. Obtain information and public records/News on real estate market 3. Collecting data of the real estate industry, including market trends, prices, state and housing regulations 4. Assists in modification of schedules in response to field conditions to achieve Company goals 5. Prepare research study reports and present to the management team 6. Help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together collaboratively. 7. Documentation of real estate manager maintains and files 8. Provide administrative support to the Business Planning Department 9. Other duties as assigned

1. Language: English (Excellent) 2. Sex: Male /Female (Age : 23-30) 3. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field. 4. Knowledge of computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Internet and E-mail. 5. At least 2-year experience in related field of requirement. 6. Multi-tasking ability, self-motivated / patient and the ability to work under pressure. 7. Good communication skills / Organizing and attentive to detail 8.
