Engage 3rd party logistics providers and customs to co-ordinate and track deliveries Conduct end-to-end movement of deliveries across multiple parties, both internal and external parties Check that all stages of the delivery is executed are as per bookings Maintain communication with customers to ensure timely delivery updates are provided Be answerable to customer queries and complaints; if needed assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues Maintain strong product and service awareness Produce service reports; conduct data entry and analysis where needed Maintain a database of customer complaints and resolutions for learning and future reference At the onset, you may be culture-shocked working in AirAsia and with the Teleport team.
