Jobs Description

Engage 3rd party logistics providers and customs to co-ordinate and track deliveries Conduct end-to-end movement of deliveries across multiple parties, both internal and external parties Check that all stages of the delivery is executed are as per bookings Maintain communication with customers to ensure timely delivery updates are provided Be answerable to customer queries and complaints; if needed assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues Maintain strong product and service awareness Produce service reports; conduct data entry and analysis where needed Maintain a database of customer complaints and resolutions for learning and future reference At the onset, you may be culture-shocked working in AirAsia and with the Teleport team. SKILLS These are minimum skills requirements and a ‘must-have’ for the role: Can speak and write English to an intermediate degree Displays confidence in public settings, and in front of an audience Comfortable working independently and making sensible judgement calls Customer oriented and able to manage challenging situations with customers Is a fast thinker – able to solve problems on-the-go and adapt quickly A team player, willing to multitask where additional help is required Comfortable adapting to new technologies Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and has used it in prior work These are skills that are ‘nice-to-have’ and will make you stand-out in the job application: Multilingual Strong knowledge of import or export customs and trade compliance regulations Displays good understanding of international trade and incoterms QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE At least an undergraduate degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain 0-3 years in delivery operations, logistics or supply chain
