- Implement sales plan and strategies to archive business result targets - Ensure all activities are complied with sales strategies - Understand industry trends and competitors - Organize all Sale Promotion under their supervisor - Conduct regular outlets visit and set frequency plan to visit both new & exist outlets to collect feedback and competitor’s information for next step improvement - Coach sales teams to ensure that team hit the set sales targets - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to manager - Establish and maintain effective relationship with key retailers and sub-distributor - good relationships with customers - Lead and motivate staffs to work more effectively and archive company’s goal - Provide support to team and other department as needed - Prepare sales report to manager - Other tasks will be assigned by Manager
