• Responsible for the marketing conceptualization, planning, formulation and integrated communication and public relation strategy that support the brand position of the company project. • Preparing research and survey to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions. • Conducts market research of market development situation, monitor and create new idea for campaigns; events to fulfill the market requirement. • Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & events • Analysis and identifies market for real estate consumers • Prepare comprehensive marketing programs for implementation by field operation

• Master/bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent degree • 3 or more years of work experience • Good command of English, Chinese speaking is a plus • Knowledge of a marketing techniques and concepts • Be an excellent communicator and think creatively • Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner • Be honest, flexible, hard-working and be able to work under pressure with high responsibility BENEFITS & CONDITIONS - Working Time : 08:00am ~ 5:30pm (Lunch time : 12:00~13:00) - Working Days: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri / Sat (Half) - Holiday: Sat (Half) / Sun and other holidays will be following Company Regulation
