Salary USD1200-USD1400 Work Location Kirirom Institute of Technology (Kirirom National Park) Hours 48 hours per week MAIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Plan and deliver high quality teaching using a range of techniques to inspire and engage students. 2. Identify learning needs of students and define appropriate learning objectives. 3. Design and develop teaching materials, plans and schedules with guidance if required. 4. Supervise the work of students, including field trips / placements where appropriate. 5. Undertake and complete administrative duties required in the professional delivery of teaching. 6. Set, mark, and assess work and examinations; select appropriate assessment instruments and criteria; and provide constructive and comprehensive feedback to students. 7. Adopt an approachable and accessible attitude towards students. 8. Design teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area. 9. Appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods. 10. Supervise student projects, and/or e.g. field trips and, where appropriate, placements. 11. Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement. 12. Contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material. 13. Manage students in the classroom and help students prepare for standardized testing. 14. Facilitate classroom procedures, inculcate discipline in students and Enforce classroom discipline. 15. Monitor overall academic development and Design student assessment systems and methodologies.
