- Monitor the daily income, expenditure, and stock - Review all the required GR/IR information is being recorded into the accounting system - Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of all inventory controls - Control company operations and verify data in the accounting system. - Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues. - Supervise cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices with the following cash or bank policies authorization by MD and AFM - Assisting staff members in the preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly accounting reports. - Supervise bank reconciliations and general ledger accounts - Supervise and assist accounts receivable team in collection payments. - Prepare daily, monthly and annual accounting reports to Finance Manager - Supervise the daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, account payable, accounts receivable, accounts stock and general ledger. - Deal with teamwork related to accounting policy and procedure
