**Accountant (1pax) - Handling monthly and annual tax declarations - Managing daily accounts payable and accounts receivable - Preparing monthly financial reports - Preparing balance sheets - Dealing with profit and loss sheets - Dealing with receipts, invoices and other financial transactions and keep record of them - performing other duties assigned by Manager **Accountant (Real Estate) (1pax) - Active communication with properties managers pertaining to daily operations - Control Company Properties - Monthly and year-end reconciliation and closing for assigned properties - Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial statements - Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation calculations - Prepare gain/loss reconciliations on asset rental/sales - Strong financial acumen and ability to understand retail real estate operating statements - Manage clients and provide client servicing support - Process an invoice and Payment collection - Perform additional duties as assigned

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Other equivalent Certificate - 3 years or equivalent experience of accounting - Good command of English - Computer skill ( Ms.Word, Excel,Power Point,Internet, Email..) - Can handle full set of accounting tasks - Being independent, honest, and able to pay attention to details - Fast learner and Self-Up date.
