Jobs Description

- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department - Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems - Recruitment, collection, Interview, training, Contraction..ect. - Creating and revising job descriptions - Conducting annual salary surveys - Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget and evaluation program - Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures - Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures - Performing benefits administration - Maintaining affirmative action programs - Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads - Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling - To facilitate the development of various organizational teams and their working relationship with other teams and individuals - To build networks for smooth communication so that the organization objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently; - To diagnose problems and to determine appropriate solutions particularly in the human resources areas - Maintaining department records and reports - Participating in administrative staff meetings - Maintaining company directory and other organization charts - Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

Jobs Requirement

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and or related fields - 1 years or more experience in HR or related position - 2 years or equivalent experience at a management level position - Honesty, transparency, and accountability in her/his work - High levels of work flexibility - Ability to take care of the company’s well-being - Open to new idea and regular adjustments to work procedures in order to enhance overall effectiveness - Good command of English - Proficiency in Ms. Office, Internet and Email ect. - Be goal-oriented, a team player, and willing to work under pressure - Be punctual and good disciplines Benefit: - Married Leave - Sick Leave - Funeral Leave - Public holiday - Provide food allowance - Working hours are 8.00am-5.30pm (with lunch break) / 1 week/6days rotate Provide three meal.
