1. Staff Management - Determine the staffing needs of the bakery area and hire qualified individuals to work in the department. - Create team environments by handling employee issues and modeling appropriate behavior and performance. 2. Product Management - Supervise the production of bakery items, generally using the recipes and procedures established at the corporate level. - Develop new product offerings based on customer demands. 3. Other Management Roles - Promote all food safety and employee safety protocols. - Work to ensure the overall store appearance and operations are up to standards.

- Bakery knowledge and an understanding of high production bakeries. - Knowledge about food safety and hygiene - Sales Ability and willingness to support Sales Team - Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and multi-task. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all organizational levels is critical. - Basic computer skills a must.
