I.ABOUT THE ROLE IT Officer is responsible for developing and managing software, and including administrative computer tasks, such as computer repair and networking web design, graphic design, and networking, Internet Email for company ensure IT services and operations running smoothly. II. RESPONSIBILITY IT Function •Manage and develop company websites that are functional and attractive; •Be able can use coding programs like, Java, Phyton etc... •Be able can knowledge a database of employees and customer's data, •Can use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator etc. •Design images for company promotion and recruitment announcements •Ensure IT services and operations running smoothly. •Manage user access levels and authorizations to all IT related systems. •Install, update and maintain all IT assets including hardware and software. •Provide network/server system administration, •Monitor and manage data backup and perform restoration if required. •Apply and monitor IT system security and performance. •Perform system testing and troubleshooting and perform upgrades as required Finance and Accountant Function •Can easily understand the problem related with finance or accounting in core banking. •Can easily work with finance team to solve issue related with finance or accounting. Human Resource Function •Collaborates with related department to ensure the implementation of internal regulations, operating principles and procedures.

III.REQUIREMENT •Graduated BBA or MBA degree in IT, Computer Science. MIS •More than 2-year experience of IT infrastructure, Core Banking, Software Development, and preferably within MFIs, Financial Leasing and Banking •Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including project, Word and Excel skills (incl. Mbwin System, Crystal, Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking is a plus) and willingness to learn new software systems. •Excellent time management and organizational skills •Independent judgement and decision making ability •Excellent communication and leadership skill •Action oriented and results driven •Extensive knowledge of the financial accounting principles and procedures and the Banking Operation. •Possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills •Spoken and written English proficiency
