Jobs Description

•Prepare NBC report •Prepare Monthly Tax obligation (Tax on Salary, withholding Tax) •Be responsible for Annual Tax return •Monitor and control expense/payment request base on approval •Preparing management report quarterly •Check account closing end of day/month/year •To verify transaction happing with branch office •Follow up accrual accounts such as A/R, A/P and Prepaid account •Oversee and monitor payment of accounts, payroll. •Oversee the debt collection process, including liaison with branches staff. Prepare monthly reports for Management. •Advising staff generally about complying with accounting Policy and procedures. •Oversee and ensure accuracy of bank reconciliations. •Preparation of financial accounts as at year end for external audit including preparation of draft accounts. •Ensure monthly reconciliations are performed for general ledger accounts. •Monitor internal control to ensure their adequacy so that corrective action can be taken when necessary at the earliest possible time •Monitor skill levels and arrange relevant training, induction and / or appropriate job descriptions for new employees. •Other task order by supervision team

Jobs Requirement

REQUIREMENT •Graduated BBA or MBA degree in banking/finance, accounting, preferably ACCA students. •More than 3-year experience of Accounting/Financing/Auditing Management Role and preferably within External Audit Firm, Financial Leasing and Banking •Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including project, Word and Excel skills (incl. Mbwin System, Crystal, Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software systems. •Excellent time management and organizational skills •Independent judgement and decision making ability •Excellent communication and leadership skill •Action oriented and results driven •Extensive knowledge of the financial accounting principles and procedures and the Micro-Banker system. •Possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills •Spoken and written English proficiency ***-Remuneration -Competitive Salary -Fixed Monthly Incentives -Petrol Allowance up to $100/Month -Bonus for Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben -Annual Performance Bonus -Seniority Indemnity Payment -Annual Leave, Maternity Leave, Special Leave -Annual Increment -Uniform -Health and Personal Accident Insurance (NSSF) -Training and Career Development -Provide accommodation for branch staff
