** Position Summary We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day activities related to HR Management and administration of the company. HR & Admin Manager is responsible for processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly ** Responsibilities: * Recruitment - Ability to develop, implement, support, and review all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems - Manage our company’s short-term and long-term hiring needs in leading and operating the diverse phases of the recruitment process - Advertise the job openings across multiple channels, - Maintain the HR files such as employee personal movement, recruitment file, and other related attached documents - Coordinates interviews (both phone and in-person) * Employee Engagement and Management - Nurturing a healthy and productive work environment. - Coordinate new joiners’ orientation and induct them about the general rules and regulations of the organization and Compensation and Benefits structures - Participate in developing organizational guidelines, procedures, rule, regulations, and policy and ensure all policy to implement - Coordinating work flow and procedures between Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Budget/Bookkeeping. - Coordinate employee training and development plans and performance management - Track probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters. - Manage the employment offer letter, employment contract, salary adjustment/promotion, resignation and termination. - Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner. * Administrative - Manage the administrative tasks related including documentation, reports and filling of HR and related documents - Able to process all Ministry related documents and ensure the monitoring is updated - Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the functioning of the administration office, including the running of day-to-day affairs, staff schedules, building maintenance and office operations. - Ensure compliance with all laws, organisational policies and civil regulations. - Ensure appropriate governance of the organisation in liaison with all departments - Establish and maintain an effective inventory for all supplies, materials and equipment. - Establish procedures for safe storing and integrity of all administrative records. - Assist organisation of events, including workshops, seminars, and meetings.

Jobs Requirement

- BA or Master degree in business administration or relevant field - At least 1 – 2 years of experience in human resource and administrative systems management. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Proven knowledge and understanding of human resource function an advantage - Excellent Communication Skills - Computer Skills (Microsoft Offices – Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Research and Emails) - Strong Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and regulations - Successful work experience as a Human Resources Specialist, officer, administrator or other HR position - Strong commitment and vision - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making ** Interested candidate please submit CV & Cover Letter by using the contact detail.
