. Monitoring and analyzing market trends . Studying competitors' products and services . Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them . Preparing and managing sales plans and budgets . Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. . Responsible for managing the sales & marketing team, developing a business plan covering sales & marketing, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the Company’s presence throughout Cambodia. . Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts, market trends, market competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort, and sales promotion programmed plans. . Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company. . Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales outdoor team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports. . Knows how to set and meet targets, develop continuous improvement plans, control budgets and increase productivity. . Is open minded and creative, not afraid to get his/her hands dirty, a team player and a fun colleague. . Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. . Manage, control and evaluate the workforces under supervision. . Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc. . Performing other duties assigned by supervisor.

• BA in Sales & Marketing is desirable • At least 3 years’ experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Cosmetics industry. • Some relevant majors include business administration, marketing, and technical sales management. • Background in working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. • Good Communication with clients. • Good at marketing concept/creative and initiative. • Good at negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills. • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing to work as a team. • Knowledge of Ms. Office • Good command of English.
