●Technical knowledge, organizational skills, and management skills ●Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings ●Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed ●Accurately check and repair any defects ●Daily report to Assistant Engineering Supervisor ●Monthly report on balance assets such as tools, materials, etc. ●Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records

●Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent ●Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply ●One year of relevant experience in refrigerators and air conditioners and other categories or appliances repair ●Good command of written and spoken English ●Eager to learn new things, flexible and possess a can-do attitude ●Able to accept challenges and work under pressure ●Good interpersonal skills, friendly, confident and communicative ●Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) ●Open mind & team work mind ●Be able to work overtime (until late in the night) or holiday in emergency situations such as equipment failure * SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary is competitive.
