** Main Responsibilities: - Develop an annual training plan and manages the training budget. - Assist department managers to develop and organize their training programs. - Conduct general orientation programs for new comer. - Must have at least 3 Years Experience in managing a Restaurant or Fast Food Chain and as a Supervisor of Restaurant employees - Good knowledge of how a Kitchen, Front Service Counter and Waiters work together as a Team - Conduct on the job training to improve Food Quality, Service and Cleanliness - Organize the training according to plan, preparing classes, keep trainers and trainees well informed. - Responsible for completion of SOO (Standard of operation) certification. - Coordinate the use of outside training resources - Coach and counsel all employees when applicable
