- Set the standard and show the example of all kitchen functions and responsibilities. - Provide guidance and training to team members. - Manage the organization and cleaning of the kitchen, delegate tasks as necessary. - You can work in all cooking stations, including preparation and cooking of all food items. - Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed consistently to ensure the quality of food items. - Detailed knowledge of cleaning, maintenance and operation of all kitchen equipment, including flat grills, grill, fryers, slicer, etc. - Compliance with all established standards, including personal safety, food safety, hygiene, personal hygiene, appearance and uniform. - Establish and maintain weekly orders to ensure the quality and availability of food products.
