Now we are looking for a qualified and dynamic candidate to fill in the position of Water and Sanitation Project Coordinator (SWSPC), 02 (two) positions based in Kampot & Udormeanchey province. ** Main Responsibilities and Duties: - To work with Funds Raising Manager in developing plans of action for project implementation in collaboration with local authority and stakeholders. - To manage/monitor daily project implementation of Dams, Ponds, Wells and Households Latrines to ensure that the requirement of donors is met in consultation with the Manager. - To work with Funds Raising Manager assistant on design of each construction to ensure that all types of building are acceptable quality as well as donor requirements. - Be responsible for data entry as CBT collection result, GPS coordinate, and others statistics as required. - To work with Funds Raising Manager on M&E plan and follow-up activities to Dams, Ponds, wells and latrines by ensuring that all facilities are used and maintained properly. - In collaboration with WASH Program Staff and Funds Raising Manager, to ensure the series of training/workshop on hygiene & sanitation promotion conducted to families in the target are taken place. - To collaborate with DDRD, PDRD, Local authority, families and other relevant people to conduct Campaign on WASH. - To play a role as accountant to ensure that all funding operation is compliance with all donors’ regulation, requirement, and Clear Cambodia ‘s Finance / Administration Policies in consultant with finance team. - Developing monthly financial & narrative report and submit to supervisor. - Working with Administration office to purchase materials and equipment for the need of the project - Providing quality day-to-day, monthly, quarterly and annually report to the manager on time. - Hosting donor’s visits to target areas as required by supervisor.
