• To participate in monthly closing to ensure report deadline with APMO • To handle posting of overseas invoices, coordinating with SSC • To process MIRO on CAPEX, coordinating with SSC • To raise proposal to create/modify vendor master data in SAP ( coordination with SSC) • To perform quarterly stock reconciliation against stock count report • To ensure the proper clearing documents in SAP ( including vendors, employee accounts) • To process JE (non-standard) in SAP or other accounting system used by the TC-managed companies • To prepare monthly working file on tax return • To assist on the preparation of consolidated report ( CAP consolidation) • To review, reconcile inter-company transactions • To assist on preparation of MAMBO Gap analysis report. • To assist on reviewing OPEX transactions • To handle flow ( daily sale reconciliation and issuing invoices) • To assist to prepare monthly report required by other departments • To assist in handling and updating the accounting and tax records

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with ACCA certificate. • Experience: at least four years working experience in an auditing and tax advisory firm or with any industry-related experience in the field of accounting and taxation. • Knowledge: With working experience on major financial accounting systems with strong written and verbal communication skills.
