• Install and configuration with computer hardware, software, and network • Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware problems • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Setting up accounts for new users • Oversee the software to use in the mall • Monitoring to the computer system and network • Carry out activities related to maintenance network connection, network devices, and other application software • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment • Technical assistance to the staff and other task-related • Test and evaluate new system and software • Maintenance the CCTV system • Preparing the report for daily and monthly, and submit to the management • Control the fingerprint machine, maintenance, export the report and send to related department • Support with Microsoft office • Support the mail of the company

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology - At least 2 years’ experience in working as IT officer - Knowledge about network administration - Good English skill - A punctual person - Provide fast support and good communication to all staff. - Corporate with a team to perform the role well. - Self‐motivation and self-improvement at the workplace.
