- Manage Server, Network, Switching, Camera, and telephone production connectives connection before and during operation. - Frontline support for all level of users, Production, and cooperates partner. - Work closely with users to help and to be guidance for issue and request. - Report and/or to relevant team to solve all issue occurred - IT Asset controller and inspected all item to be in places and record. - To be evaluate all related vendor. - Be flexible for any circumstance - Be friendly and handful person. - Other tasks will be assigning by supervisor and management. Experiences - Some experiences with Networking, Server, telephone system, CCTV system, Printer Copier, helpdesk support and administrator. - Experiences with user helpdesk or used to be a supporter to user. - Some experiences with N-computing should be advantage. - Some knowledge with design application which usable. - English should be usable
