General Responsibilities: Be responsible for the management of construction contractors performing work during the execute phase of projects with the team of Obayashi Vietnam Corporation - Cambodia Branch which is newly established in Phnom Penh. Main duties as following; - Oversee & supervise building works as requested to perform the best construction quality, construction progress, labor safety for the project. - Inspect the construction works executed by sub-contractors through construction period before having carried out the next steps. - Study drawing, make & work with detailed plan. -Survey the completed work volume performed by sub-contractors.

- Male from 23 to 27 years old. - Graduated from University specialized in construction (major in civil & industrial construction) - Have experiences in reading & working on shop drawings, site supervision in order to meet requirement of safety, quality and schedule. - Able to make self-plan logically - Understanding construction regulation in Cambodia - Able to communicate and work in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD… - Practice experience and technical skills at site - Japanese / Vietnamese language skills (not necessary but preferable) Others - Short-term training in Vietnam is considered when joins. - We provide a young, dynamic and global working environment with teamwork spirit.
