Roles and Responsibilities • To response of tax declaration process (salary, Fringe benefit, Prepayment Profit, Withholding Tax, Patent Tax and VAT to Government Tax). • Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company monthly and annual tax declaration accurately, timely filing of all tax forms. • Find and implement opportunities for process improvement our client’s tax procedures. • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all internal and external usage. • Manage members of the accounting and tax team as they prepare components of the client’s tax return and other tax documents. • Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process. • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies. • Review tax monthly and annual returns to GDT by the accounting and tax staff. • Manage and mentor members of accounting and tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement. • Other tasks assigned by upper management team

• Having a bachelor's degree in accounting or tax or related fields; • 2 years proven work experience as an Tax Supervisor; • Experience with accounting software (prefer Xero Accounting); • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas); • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations; • Excellent knowledge of Cambodian Tax system; • Very good command of both English and Khmer; • Strong organizational, time management, analytical and creative problem solving skills; • Demonstrated ability to work independently and across different teams.
