Roles and Responsibilities - Prepare relevant documents to be submitted to Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and General Department of Taxation (GDT) to register the company - Communicate and update client on company registration processes - Process to open a company bank account - Process documents to obtain different business licenses from different ministries - Assist in preparing Board of Directors’ meeting - Assist in preparing Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Other tasks assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, English literature, or relevant field - Year 2 or 3 students are encouraged to apply - No experience is required
