Job Summary: Develops marketing strategy for the site, whilst leading and coaching subordinate marketing staff. Responsible for planning and budgeting and ensuring that the high standards which the site sets itself are met. Duites and Responsibilities: 1. Developing and maintain control of annual budgets, including labor costs, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations. 2. Bringing out the best in our marketing staff by coaching and establishing clear and agreed goals. 3. Develop, execute and revise policies and procedures to maximize profit and achieve volume objectives. 4. Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, economic change, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on marketing opportunities and stay competitive. 5. Ensure the alignment of department strategies with company-strategies. 6. Build strong relationship with internal departments. 7. Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 1. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing or related field 2. More than 10 years work experience in a private company, ideally in a multi-cultural environment 3. At least 5 years’ experience directing a player development operation 4. Previous hospitality and entertainment industry experience, preferably in a similar size / scope gaming operation SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Accurate and detail-oriented 2. Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities 3. Proficient on Microsoft Office 4. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 5. Strong project management skills 6. Excellent problem-solving skills 7.
