Jobs Description

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems • Creating and revising job descriptions • Conducting annual salary surveys • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget and evaluation program • Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures • Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures • Performing benefits administration • Maintaining affirmative action programs • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling • To facilitate the development of various organizational teams and their working relationship with other teams and individuals • To build networks for smooth communication so that the organization objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently; • To diagnose problems and to determine appropriate solutions particularly in the human resources areas • Maintaining department records and reports • Participating in administrative staff meetings • Maintaining company directory and other organization charts • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

Jobs Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and or related fields • 5 years or more experience in HR or related position • 5 years or equivalent experience at a management level position • Honesty, transparency, and accountability in her/his work • High levels of work flexibility • Ability to take care of the company’s well-being • Open to new idea and regular adjustments to work procedures in order to enhance overall effectiveness • Good command of English, Chinese speaking is a plus • Proficiency in Ms. Office, Internet and Email • Be goal-oriented, a team player, and willing to work under pressure • Be punctual and good disciplines BENEFITS & CONDITIONS - Working Time : 08:00am ~ 5:30pm (Lunch time : 12:00~13:00) - Working Days: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri / Sat (Half) - Holiday: Sat (Half) / Sun and other holidays will be following Company Regulation. ****Interested applicants should submit your CV, cover letter, and transcript with expected salary.
