- Leading and monitoring constructions, designs, and technical teams to achieve project objectives; - Responsible for developing and designing internal relevant projects - Understanding project conception needs and developing the right and model concept - Manage and prepare well for construction site visit and check on construction progress with proper working report - Solve all problems that might occur during construction process - Checking and correcting mistake on construction drawings - Analysis the problem of the drawing and report to top management - Monitor and assist architect supervisor - Other duties assign by architect supervisor

* Qualifications and Education Requirements - Age 25 - 35 - Male/Female - Bachelor in Architecture field or related. - At least 2-3 year experience in similar position. - Be able to use computer application (2D, 3D Max, sketch up, Google sketch up, modeling and V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop and MS office) - Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. - Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Strong knowledge in design software: Adobe Photoshop, more software in design - Knowledge in photography is a plus - Good in writing/speaking/listening English - All Applicants should be updated CV and Photo - Qualified Candidates will shortlist for interviewing ** Staff’s Benefit: -Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00am & 1:30pm to 5:30pm - Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:30pm - Received Gasoline Monthly - Annual Leave 18days - Sick Leave 7days - Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labor Law) -13th Salary
