- Solve the technical problem at the construction site - To manage manpower and make progress according to the construction schedule - Conduct structural analysis of assigned project and provide detail drawings. - Report directly to Construction Management Director and supervision day to day operation of site work. - Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning - Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit - Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed - Prepare BOQ of assigned project - Examine every risk of all structural plans to maintain architectural and structural integrity. - Preparing reports of structural analysis, designs and drawings. - Follow up assigned tasks of the structural design team to make sure the work done within set timeframe. - Conduct site inspection on structural and related works. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Other tasks assign by Manager

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering - At least 2-4 years’ experience in structural analysis and building construction - Basic working knowledge of MS. Word, MS. Excel and AutoCAD, Robot Structural Analysis - Positive attitude, high commitment, and be able to work under pressure - Good command of English ** Staff’s Benefit: -Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00am & 1:30pm to 5:30pm - Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:30pm - Received Gasoline Monthly - Annual Leave 18days - Sick Leave 7days - Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labor Law) - 13th Salary
