QA MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION 1/. Ensuring customer quality and delivery expectations are achieved; 2/. Setting up QA compliance objectives and ensuring the standards and targets are met from sampling to production; 3/. Assessing supplier’s and company’s product specifications and customer requirements 4/. Ensuring quality; safety and environmental compliance with product specifications from customers and international standards; 5/. Liaising with Sales and customers effectively regarding all sampling technical and quality issues and ensuring the execution of corrective actions if required. 6/. Monitoring the quality of WIP and finished garment amongst the factories; 7/. Reporting the quality performance of the factories; and 8/. Handle any job assigned from the superior.
