• Follow up all assignment from supervisor and management • Develop training curriculums to improve the performance • Set up and plan the training event • Prepare budget for training project and/or activity. • Support any additional events or extra activities both inside and outside the organization. • Report the result to the superordinate. • Responsible with role • Can analysis data, Researching, Good reporter, Good presentation. • Experience as teacher or trainer especially love trainer skill (មានគុរុកុសល្យ ) • Have experience training with social and seminar • Multi skill and more ideas • Flexible and more creative thinking for improvement each level • Good relation with team and strong communication • Strongly for solving problem and collaborate with team • Self confidence • Fast learner
