Jobs Description

- Provide secretarial and administrative work for the office, departments and management - Maintain/schedule management by maintaining meeting calendars for departments, arranging meeting, conferences, teleconferences etc. - Manage the validities of contracts related to repair/maintenance offices/building and promise compound - Raise W.O for maintenance works (any kinds of defect in the premise & compound - Raise R.O for stationery/ cleaning materials/ consumable and other goods may require; manage and follow up for delivery/ status of repair works - Monthly issuance and record bills to tenants such as rental/ extra rental charges - Check/record/monitor monthly consumption of electricity and water bills - File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners - In charge for admin annual budget preparation - Recording and prepare monthly summary for annual/sick/unpaid leave and updating staff leave/OT record - Receive office call by responds, forward calls to appropriate party and deal with e-mail correspondence - Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing mailing and filing - Ensure security compliance and access of the building - Ensure cleanliness of the office and building compound - Involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Jobs Requirement
