- Manage day-to-day full range of accounting administration and other transactions - The transactions into accounting systems and manage ledger accounts ensuring accurate complete accounting data - Monitor payment accounts, payroll and debt process - Perform reconciliation of accounts (cash reconciliation, inventory, payables ageing, receivable ageing, fixed asset schedule etc.) necessary preparation financial statements - Review financial and prepare monthly and annual reports - Develop and maintain accounting policies procedures - Organize and support internal external auditing - Collect necessary information from other departments to prepare annual budget approval - Understand adhere financial regulations legislation ensure compliance applicable laws procedures - Liaise with relevant authority (such tax authority)
