• Use company’s Gestour back office system • Achieve sales target and profit based on company direction • Maintain and expand customer base; • Build and maintain key customers / Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered • Provide technical support or problem solving to serve customer requirement. • Analyse and evaluate the competitors’ products or services • Answer agents questions via email or telephone. • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. • Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates. • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

• Male/Female • Bachelor Degree in Sale & Marketing, Business Admin or relevant field. • Minimum 1 years of experience in sales • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills • Customer-service experience. • Good command of English language (written and spoken) • High commitment and quick learner. • Computer literate • Able to travel • Ability to build good inter-personal relationships, and work well in a team • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism • Strong organizational skills
