- Purchasing all construction materials including internal and external. - Understanding well the full application about How to created purchase order in NAV System - Updating purchasing schedule and timeline - Looking for a better solution to get all items of purchasing demand on time and fit with the requirement. - Visiting the construction site to understand the demand of purchasing. - Researching potential vendors. - Comparing and evaluate offers from suppliers. - Negotiating contract terms of agreement pricing and payment term. - Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery. - Reviewing quality of purchased products. - Maintaining updated records of purchased products. - Preparing purchased reports DO invoice for payment, - Following up with accounting team regarding payment to vendor - Coordinating with stock controllers to ensure proper storage - Managing document - Other tasks as required by management
