-Collaborate with Credit Officer up to Branch Manager to identify and analyze late credit issues and identify priorities and strategies for effectively settling debts, - Follow up loan in arrear and set priority to collect payment, - Defining the analysis of the reasons why customers are paying off their loans over time, - Regularly coordinating and collecting late loans according to institutional guidelines, - Meet with a late client or guarantor to negotiate for compensation or any other legal action, - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly billing statements of each client's change, - chase abd spot check for non-payment clients - Liaise with local authorities were useful. - Others task order by Manager
