• Developing market and sales volume for Monin brand • Setting and developing channel of distribution • Developing and implementing promotion plan • Monitoring sales volume, setting actions to achieve sales target • Develop and implement marketing plan, promotional plan and activity • Collaborates and effectively manages internal and external partners to execute market strategies • Collaborates with sales manager on customer-specific point-of-purchase plans and materials to ensure consistency with marketing objectives, strategies and customer needs • Collaborates closely with brand principal to carry out plans and guidelines • Controlling actions plan, measurement, analysis, and propose adjustment • Monitor and updating stock and sales forecast to avoid out of stock and expire product • Conducts competitor and market analysis, including product features / claim analysis, to develop business strategies and initiatives • Controlling marketing materials such as catalogs, banners, display • Leading the mixologist team to create new cocktail and train for all concerning parties • Preparing and building up the yearly marketing budget • Respects company rules and procedures • Other duties as assigned.

• Fluent in English • Age between early 30’s to early 40’s • Excellent disposition & sales skills • Dynamic, pro-active, autonomous, communicative and cooperative • Experienced in B to B and Food & Beverage related businesses, among which at least 5 years management / sales experience in coffee & food service segment • Experienced in handling distributors and key accounts, among which coffee / coffee shops ones • Worked with coffee or beverage related companies is an advantage • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree) in any business related field • Flexible in working hours and ability to travel outstation
