1. Developing and ensuring the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures. 2. Establishing the company wage and salary structure and ensuring the implementation. 3. Facilitating Occupational Safety and Health Committee and ensuring the implementation. 4. Working closely with Ministry of Labor, external Labor Organization and all related local regulatory bodies for guidelines and compliance in accordance to the Cambodia labor laws. 5. Monitoring and follow up all Industry Relation and Labor cases. 6. Managing staff welfare and performance reviews. 7. Identifying staffing needs to design job description and recruitment plan for entire company. 8. Supervising and assisting Department Heads on administration functions from induction (orientation) of new hire, termination/cessation, counseling, employee/ industrial relations such as disciplinary issues; where applicable. 9. Maintaining constant communication and positive rapport within all levels of the organization to enhance management-staff relationship. 10. Administering the Human Resources Management System and Time Management System. 11. Other duties will be assigned by Management.

1. University Degree Business Administration /Management or recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline 2. Broad knowledge and experience in labor law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and employee education. 3. Ability to guide, coach, counsel subordinates to ensure their successful performance and strong interest to develop people. 4. Proven achievement experience at least 3 years is highly desirable. 5. Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
