● Answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via​​ telephone, or from a remote location. ● Setup and maintain computer systems and networks across the three ICF Cambodia sites. ● Support common business and productivity software. ● Take responsibility, lead small IT projects and complete them in time and budget. ● Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professional across the whole organization. ● Actively engage in the daily agile meetings. ● Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time. ● Work continuously on a task until completion. ● Buy and replace parts as required. ● Potential development possibility to become IT team lead.

● Fluent English speaking. ● Ability to work well in a team. ● Listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. ● Problem solving skills. ● Ability to priorities workload. ● Attention to detail. ● 2+ years’ experience in IT.
