- Oversee all the Tickets Sale and items in the Pro Shop. - Ensure the working station are tidy and cleaned on a daily basis - Receiving visitors/ guests at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them where to go. - Receiving all the bookings and answering incoming phone calls. - Be positive and address to the customers with their name. - Resolves guest problems quickly and efficiently - Stock controlling- making sure all the inventory are in place. - keep rental equipment in top condition

- Willingness to learn new things - English as well as Khmer knowledge (reading / writing) - Computer knowledge - Be dutiful in your work - Well-groomed appearance - Friendly, helpful and accommodating to the customers - Trustworthy - Good in mathematics - Experience in guest relations, customer handling - Flexible to shift work
