1. Responsible to handle customer enquiry. 2. Help to manage customer booking order and responsible to follow up if there any changes on trip schedule. 3. Compile report on manual booking issue, refund and dispute cases. 4. Attend to walk-in customers/visitors and assisting in any other request from customer/visitors. 5. Advise customers on company product information including schedule, ticket price, departing and arriving point, etc. 6. Assist Marketing & Sales with admin duties. 7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Able to work independently with minimum supervision 2. Good interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with people from different levels. 3. Pleasant personality and out-going 4. Willing to learn and adapt to many situations regarding the customer 5. Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice is preferred 6. 1 Full-time position (6 months contract) available
