Jobs Description

** Key Job Responsibilities/ការងារទទួលខុសត្រូវចំបង I. Develop and Propose Human Resource (HR) Policies and Regulations aligned to Cambodia Labor Law. II. Conduct on-going review of HR policies and standards implementation throughout the Company and ensure compliance among all Departments. III. Manage a Dynamic and motivated HR Team to build Teamwork and enable quality support for all the Company employees. I. Develop annual HR plans and budgets for recruitment to ensure smooth recruitment process implementation while getting the right person for the right job. II. Review all Requirements for Employee and ensure coherent recruitment strategy is implemented. III. Deploy Annual Performance Review plans across Departments. Ensure Salary Review programs are done to build a motivated work force. I. Drive annual Learning and Development programs based on learning gaps identified by working with all Departments. II. Work with the Training team to ensure effective learning and the organization capability meets the Company's requirements. III. Conduct regular workshops to upgrade Knowledge and align Employees to Company's Vision, Mission and Values. Monitor and correctly implement the HR System across all Departments. Ensure all records are correct and up to date. Manage all HR related issues amicably and resolve according to local Law and Company regulations. Attend to all HR requirements from across Departments to provide necessary support.

Jobs Requirement

** Skill or Competency ជំនាញ ឬសមត្ថភាព - Business Management/Marketing Degree from a reputable University - At least 3 years experience in Human Resource Management - Ability to work across various Departments and Stakeholders - Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law - Business Acumen ** Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Smooth Execution of Annual HR Budget and Plan - Successful Completion of Learning Gaps and Training Programs - Key Stakeholders Feedback
