Jobs Description

** Key Job Responsibilities / ការងារទទួលខុសត្រូវចំបង 1. Develop a Competency, Skill Gap Analysis Process for the Company 2. Rollout the Process for all Departments systematically based on Job Descriptions and work with Department Managers to ensure Skill, Competency Gaps are identified across the Company 3. Work with different Departments to also identify Skill gaps based on annual Performance Review 1. Identify Skill, Competency Gaps across Company and prioritize with Management for focused Learning and Development programs 2. Develop in house and external Learning Programs for high priority Gaps with both internal Subject Matter Experts and external trainers. 1. Roll out Training Programs based on Priorities across the Company based on an annual Learning Plan approved by Management. 2. Also develop and rollout a Company wide, simple Orientation Program for all new Employees 3. Ensure Annual Learning Plans and other ad-hoc programs are rolled out efficiently on time and effectively 1. Work with the HR Team to update and complete the HR ERP System for People Development 2. Continuously work with Department Managers and senior Management to promote a Learning culture in the organization by setting up a Learning Institute within the Company

** Skill or Competency ជំនាញ ឬសមត្ថភាព 1. Training, Coaching and People Development Skills 2. Computer Knowledge (e.g. Ms Office, Adobe, Photoshop…) 3. Communication Skills including English Written and spoken English 4. Basic Knowledge of HR Process ** Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)សូចនករការងារចំបង 1. Feedback from Different Departments 2. Rollout of L&D Process 3. Number of L&D Programs Completed
