- Prepare CIT statement daily. - Issue invoice for customer (Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Credit Note and Debit Note). - Call to inform and follow up customer about payment. - Collect payment from customer. (Cash Over $400 ) - Update customer is list and other data of customer. - Bank deposit and withdrawal - Check all invoice - Files Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Credit Note and Debit Note to Chronological order. - Update AR repost on the weekend. - Posting Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Credit Note and Debit Note in QuickBooks. - Prepare Official Receipt and Check with System. - Other tasks assign by Chief of Account
