Responsibilities - Gather, clarify, and document customer requirements; - Work closely with team in Vietnam to create a Gap Analysis and quotations; - Coordinate the testing, deploying & delivering of software to clients; - Implement and configure ERP systems to be ready to use for clients; - Train clients to ensure they know how to use Kiu ERP systems; - Perform and resolve software related issues to ensure client satisfaction.
