• Ensure general upkeep of the station in terms of presentability, safety and security, incl. SFS operations at the respective sites. • Supervise all stations activities which includes sales, customer relationship, stock and accounts • Reconcile all transactions and shall take charge of the activities pertaining to his shift • Proper handover of the materials, accounts and other relevant documents during the time of change of shifts • Checking and Follow- Up all Promotion launching • Immediately notify to Station Manager and Network Inspector in the event of any non conformity • Exhibit good personality and find out ways and means for improving sales • Controlling and maintaining stock to ensure sufficient stock of all products for sale • Receiving products and controlling the unloading process • Comply with HSEQ requirements and all other relevant parts of the “Service Station Operating Manual” • Assist to improve on Top Service Score • To be responsible for all aspects of sales in the service station to the customers including all HSE matters, excellent customer service, staff management and development. • Ability to work on own initiative to identify new business opportunities keeping an open mind and imaginative approach • Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives • Should have an eye to realize the competitors edge in related business

The Job Holder reports to Station Manager. The Job Holder has direct reports (Fuel Pump Attendants, Lubricant Specialists, Cashiers, cleaners) Shall understand all functions of the stations including products, sales and marketing, general upkeep, safety measures and the statutory rules and regulations laid down by the appropriate authorities. Be conversant with commercial rules and shall have flair for leadership and control Graduate with Marketing or management major or as one of the subject Computer literate Smart, honest, professional and presentable appearance
