• Ensure stocks level at shops not less than the security and recycle of stock (7days) for 7 COCOs. • Issue Purchase Order of the stock then send it to suppliers with the right cost by using Namos. • Ensure products are delivered in the next coming days by not doubling the delivery at the same time at the station. • Make sure the stock confirmation is corrected with the invoices and helping the inventories control on the weekly, monthly and yearly basis. • Ensure there is no expiry or damage products in the shelves and assist the Station Manager and Services and Shop Manager in solving the products loss in each shop. • Ensure the Selling Price in system and selling in label sticker at stations are matched. • Ensure that all product promotion and POSM available on time and fully stock. • Comply with HSE requirements and all other relevant parts of the “Service Station Operating Manual”. • Respond on the placing order. • Maintain and control all stock and perform stock inventory every month. • Updating the product cost and selling in Namos System. • Coordinate with Station Manager to control on stock expiry and damage. • Coordinate with supplier for all issues related to delivery and product receiving at services station • Prepare report for market survey. • Observe the activities from Internal and External Factor.

The Job Holder is responsible for all aspects of stock activities, including: all HSEQ matter (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality matters), on-going good customer services, and consistent feedback to Services & Shop Manager for improvement. Tertiary qualification in business or related field. At least 2 years’ experiences and be able to work under pressure meanwhile works requires. Good interpersonal and communication skills and pleasant personality. Understanding spoken and written English. Computer literacy.
