-To assist in managing a professional team of local Merchandising and QA members in our socks factory. -Handle sampling, merchandising, testing, production and shipment. -Conduct inline and final inspection with customer’s QA. -Provide QA advice on critical process before and during the manufacturing process. -Provide advice on feasibility of Customer’s proposed requirements and suitability for mass production. -Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process. -Conduct the factory audits to meet Customers’ compliance requirement. -Provide technical support for quality team of factories to ensure product quality. -Update office on order situations for materials status, production, quality and delivery daily. -Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
