Job Summary: To drive end-to-end delivery of IT project(s) on time, within budget and at a high quality level. This role is responsible defining, tracking and communicating in a consistent and effective manner and incorporating effective change and risk management controls at project level. Main focus of this role under the prevailing corporate priorities is accountability for the following: - •Manage project scope to be delivered via baselining and change control process •Identify and manage risks and issues with proper documentation up to closure •Identify and manage project dependencies from scope, timeline, budget and resource aspects. •Lead and direct a project resource to deliver successfully. •Ensure effective communications and relationships between customers and project team members are maintained. •Ensure project documentation are made and safe-kept for audit purpose Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage the assigned IT related project(s) within given budget and timeline, including: •Define project scope, goal, deliverables and identify resource that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. •Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents with identified project dependencies and critical path. •Closely track project milestones and deliverables and document the identified risk and issues until closure. •Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. •Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency and mitigation plans. •Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. •Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. •Manage project budget according to established accounting policies and procedures; forecast project cash flow and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis •Ensure that project activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization •Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. •Keep and archive project documents for audit purpose. 2.Cultivate and support an ethical culture to fulfill legal and compliance requirements and encourage professionalism amongst stakeholders. 3.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements: •Bachelor/Master degree from a recognized University preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Insurance Studies •Certified Prince2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage. •Application/Software development/data migration and system integration •Good understanding of insurance business and management principles is an advantage. •Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage team members •Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines; flexible and adaptable to a dynamic working environment for program delivery •Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills •Excellent communication skills at all levels (project stakeholders and test team) •Ability to work independently in a matrix organization chart and as a good team player •Skilled ability to foster continuous improvement and innovation; ability to accept and lead change initiatives throughout the organization •Passion in project/program management with proven track record of result orientation
