Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing key Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities and assisting the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in managing financial, insurance, operational and investment risks of the company via Risk Management Framework and risk appetite to be consistent with Group's standards and policies. Key Responsibilities: •Maintain risk management framework (RMF) and risk appetite to be consistent with group’s RMF by supporting the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager toward the effectiveness of the implementation of relevant risk management policies and standards; •Facilitate quarterly risk committee (RMC) meetings and prepare the underlying RMC packs, minutes and records; •Support the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in the preparation of financial and operational risk dashboards on monthly and quarterly basis for reporting to group risk; •Collect risk management information and conduct financial and operational risk analysis; •Coordinate the preparation of relevant activity approval & monitoring process (AAMPs) (e.g. Investment and Products). •Conduct financial risk - semi annual regulatory capital stress testing; •Conduct operations risk - annual risk, controls assessment and adhoc internal incidents reporting; •Conduct investment risk - credit risk assessment and investment Limits. •Assist and support the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in providing risk management advice and support key business activities such as key initiatives/ projects, product development, investment, etc; •Assist and support the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in providing ERM training to senior management, risk owners and risk champions; •Perform other duties as assigned.

•Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent; •2 years of experience in related field; •ACCA or equivalent is a plus; •strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
