Job Objective: You will be reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), as you are responsible for the overall performance and control of our Production Department (PVC Ink-jet printing, billboards, shop signage/decoration and promotional products etc. This responsibility thrives on your Media/Outdoor Advertising expertise, organizational and managerial talent working with other managers to achieve superior results in terms of growth and productivity. ** Essential Duties - To be in charge of various teams within C&T Advertising’s Production Department, it is necessary for you to have experience in outdoor advertising or worked in similar role. - To develop and deploy the skills set of all staff to establish a high performance team. Through working with management team to identify and mentor high potential employees. - Ensures feedback mechanisms are in place to monitor the team and individual performances, to provide timely functions and regular feedback for development of strategic initiatives and direction. - Develop/improve company’s standard operating procedures and regulations (if required), thus ensuring all staff abide and follow them. - Responsible for vision, goals, objectives and management of the production functions - Understands and complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.
