Jobs Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop an annual training plan and manages the training budget. 2. Assist department managers to develop and organize their training programs. 3. Conduct general orientation programs for new comer. 4. Organize the training according to plan, preparing classes, keep trainers and trainees well informed. 5. Prepare and distribute materials to new store. 6. Conduct the evaluation QSC in restaurant. 7. Conduct Training Audit. 8. Responsible for completion of SOO certification. 9. Coordinate the use of outside training resources. 10. Assist management in analysing training needs. 11. Complete monthly training report. 12. Recognize good quality products and presentation. 13. Check and improves all service standards established by the company. 14. Supervise staff activities to maximize sales and minimize costs. 15. Provide assistance to the staff when required during peak periods. 16. Maintain grooming standards for all personnel. 17. Coach and counsels all employees when applicable. 18. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Jobs Requirement

Job Specifications: 1. At least Bachelor Degree and any related fields 2. At least 5 years’ experience in international companies with evidence tracked record of achievements. 3. Capability of training and development of all levels of staffs. 4. Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill 5. Proficiency in English and computer literate 6.
